Sponsorship Packages
Sponsoring the India Harvest Fest offers numerous advantages, including vast brand exposure to a diverse audience, making a significant community impact by supporting cultural preservation and enrichment, and networking opportunities with other sponsors, vendors, and festival-goers.
Platinum Sponsor ($10,000) Benefits
As a Platinum Sponsor, with a contribution of $10,000, your company will enjoy premier logo or name placement on all festival materials, including the main-page of the website, and social media where it will state "India Harvest Festival, brought to you by 'Your Business Name'".
As well as a double page ad in our souvenir program and a large-size logo on festival banner on main stage.
Furthermore, you gain the opportunity to host or sponsor a major festival event or performance and may also address the festival attendees during the opening and closing ceremonies or you are welcome to provide a written statement for our MC to read.
Additionally, Platinum Sponsors will have their business name announced by MC at various times throughout the festival.
Platinum Sponsors will also have their logo and name listed on festival program souvenir front and back cover and listed on 'Thanks to Our Sponsors' page of the festival program souvenir.
Gold Sponsor ($5,000) Benefits
Gold Sponsors, contributing $5,000, will benefit from prominent logo placement on selected festival materials, including the main page of the website and social media platforms.
As well as a one page ad in our souvenir program and a medium-size logo on festival banner on main stage.
In addition, Gold Sponsors receive recognition during one of the headline events, enhancing visibility and engagement and have their business name announced by MC at various times throughout the festival.
Additionally, Gold Sponsors will have their name or logo listed on the souvenir program back-cover and listed on 'Thanks to Our Sponsors' page of the festival program souvenir.
Silver Sponsor ($2,500) Benefits
For $2,500, Silver Sponsors have their logos featured in the festival program and on select digital platforms.
As well as a one page ad in our souvenir program and a small-size logo on festival banner on main stage.
They also have the opportunity to sponsor a specific festival activity or exhibit, allowing for targeted association with certain elements of the festival.
As well as have their business name announced by MC at various times throughout the festival.
Additionally, Silver Sponsors will have their name or logo listed on the souvenir program back-cover and listed on 'Thanks to Our Sponsors' page of the festival program souvenir.
Bronze Sponsor ($1,000) Benefits
Bronze Sponsors, with a $1,000 contribution, will see their logos displayed on the festival website and program, alongside being mentioned in the festival’s opening and closing ceremony.
As well as a half page ad in our souvenir program.
Additionally, Bronze Sponsors will have their logo or name listed on 'Thanks to Our Sponsors' page of the festival program souvenir.
Friends of the Festival ($500) Benefits
Friends of the Festival, contributing $500, will have their names listed on the festival website.
As well as a 1/4 page ad in our souvenir program and name read during the opening and closing ceremony.
Additionally, Friend's of the Festival Sponsors will have their logo or name listed on 'Thanks to Our Sponsors' page of the festival program souvenir.
Custom Sponsorship Opportunities are also available, such as the Entertainment Stage Sponsorship, which associates your brand with our vibrant performances featuring music, dance, and cultural showcases, alongside custom branding options.
By sponsoring Workshops and Activities, you can engage directly with attendees through interactive cultural workshops, yoga sessions, or art and craft activities.
